The game removes some of the 12 first-level regions used on this United Kingdom map. The boundaries remain visible, and typing the correct names restores the missing areas.
Four nations, different internal detail
Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland appear as broad units, while England is divided into nine regions. That imbalance makes the English regional sequence the main challenge, especially around the Midlands and the southeast.
Read the map from the outside in
- Fix Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland before scanning England.
- Use the southwest peninsula and the northern border as end points.
- Separate London from South East England and the two Midlands regions.
What a blank reveals
Missing color removes the quick cue of a highlighted region. You must inspect the entire UK outline and retrieve the absent name, making this a stronger recall exercise than ordinary point-and-click recognition.
