How to play Hit the Range
Each stage sets a land-area total as 100%. Use the Starting Country percentage as a clue and add countries until the total lands inside the displayed target range.
How a stage works
- Check the target range and the Starting Country percentage.
- Search for countries and add their land areas to the gauge.
- Entering the target range clears the stage immediately; going above it ends the run.
- If Maximum Picks is reached below the range, the run also ends. Countries cannot be repeated within a stage.
Stages and difficulty
Each hit advances you to a new stage with a fresh target range. The challenge becomes more demanding as your run continues, with no separate difficulty setting.
How far can you reach?
Your record is the Stage you reached, including the final failed Stage. Best Stages are saved separately for each Maximum Picks setting from 2 to 7.
