Let the peninsula create the order
- Begin with the Alpine regions across the north.
- Follow the Adriatic and Tyrrhenian sides southward in parallel.
- Finish with Sicily and Sardinia, then check the small inland regions.
The north is denser than it looks
Large anchors such as Piedmont, Lombardy, Tuscany, and Sicily are usually quick to place. Valle d’Aosta, Liguria, Molise, and the northeastern regions demand more exact knowledge of neighbors and coastlines.
